Adding a Product Remark

Sometimes you may want to be reminded of some details regarding the ordered item. For this you can add a product remark which will appear on the delivery advice when the order is delivered.

To add a product remark:

1. On the Basket screen, click on the underlined text Product Remark for the product. You will see the Add/Edit Product Remark screen displayed.

2. In the Product Remark box, type the text you want to be associated with the product item and click on the Update button. The remark will be processed and the Basket screen will be redisplayed.

3. If you change your mind, click on the Cancel button. The Basket screen will re-displayed without changes.
